New Jersey-based consulting firm Hildebrandt Inc. announced Wednesday that it plans to merge with a London-based competitor, Hodgart Consulting, on May 1.
Carl Leonard, the firm’s director in San Francisco and the former chairman of Morrison & Foerster, said the merger will allow Hildebrandt to better serve law firms that are expanding abroad.
