Despite their son’s violent past, Jonathan Miller’s parents ignored “thewarning lights” until he struck and killed a fellow student last year,a wrongful death suit claims.
On Wednesday, the parents of the 13-year-old victim, Joshua Belluardo,filed suit seeking at least $2.5 million in compensatory damages fromthe Millers, including Jonathan. The teen-ager was was found guilty offelony murder in May and sentenced to life in prison.
