Venture Law Group struck gold Sept. 28 when partner Joshua Green orchestrated the largest initial public offering of the year — Sunnyvale’s Foundry Networks Inc.
The company, which designs and manufactures networking products for Internet service providers, saw its stock rise 525 percent on its opening day. Only TheGlobe.com saw its stock rise at a faster rate. That stock rose 606 percent on its first day of trading in 1998.
