A divided state supreme court ruled yesterday that letting passengers off a bus is not an operation of that vehicle.
Split 5-2, the justices affirmed the Commonwealth Court’s decision in Warrick v. Pro Cor Ambulance Inc. without opinion. The order was based entirely on the high court’s decision last year in White v. School District of Philadelphia.
