Hinesville– Without any legislative authority to do so, one Georgia county last week created a juvenile judgeship and filled the post.
Liberty County commissioners named Linnie L. Darden III a juvenile court judge. Darden is a senior associate with the county’s most entrenched and influential law firm, Jones, Osteen, Jones & Arnold.
