Two local lawyers are setting up a Delaware office for Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, a prominent Philadelphia law firm with historic roots going back to the infamous Teapot Dome scandal — on the good guys’ side, that is.

Montgomery McCracken is bringing on John M. Bloxom IV as a partner and John H. Newcomer Jr. as an associate, making them the newest additions to an unbroken line of lawyers stretching back to the firm’s founding in 1912.
