No notices have gone out about the new Innocence Clinic launched quietly this month in a joint effort between The John Marshall Law School and the University of Illinois at Chicago. But that hasn’t stopped the “prisoner’s network” from spreading the news.
“The word is out,” said John Marshall Professor Ralph Ruebner, who received four letters from prisoners this week alone.
