A letter from several student groups to UC-Berkeley chancellor Robert Berdahl asks that Boalt professor John Dwyer not be selected as Boalt Hall's new dean. The letter questions Dwyer's suitability for the position because of his apparent lack of committment to the school's efforts to maintain affirmative action.
