A Monmouth County, N.J. teenager who claims he was physically andpsychologically abused at a football camp filed suit against the camp, twoschool districts and two coaches Thursday, alleging they knew of but failed tostop the hazing.

The plaintiff, identified only as W.D., alleges that the incidents occurred lastJuly at the Seahawk Football Camp at Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y.The four-day program was attended by boys from Middletown High SchoolSouth and West Babylon High School on Long Island.
