Directly or indirectly, the U.S. Supreme Court likely will have the next word in a controversial school prayer case out of Jacksonville, Fla.

A lawyer for the group of Florida students who this week lost the prayer case before an Atlanta federal appeals court says he expects his clients will ask the high court for certiorari.
