When Roger Sims finally turned to Julius Glickman for help with his employment suit, he had been turned down by five other firms and things looked bleak. Then Glickman decided to take the case. A district court jury in Houston returned a $31 million verdict in favor of Sims, an accountant who claimed he had been wrongfully terminated from his job.
