The Bush administration turned over thousands of documents Monday related to Vice President Dick Cheney's energy task force, but most of the papers were blanked out and provided little substantive information. Two federal judges in Washington, D.C., ordered the release of the documents as part of lawsuits brought by private groups trying to determine who influenced the crafting of the Bush administration's energy plan.
