This isn't the easiest time to be a Muslim in America, as Sohail Mohammed well knows. A New Jersey immigration attorney, he's also GC of the American Muslim Union. Since Sept. 11, he has represented 29 clients who've been deported on immigration law violations. Currently he's advising Islamic men on how to comply with the government's "special registration" of foreign nationals from countries identified as terrorist harbors.
