A South Korean appeals court on Wednesday acquitted the operators of Soribada, the country's most popular music-swapping Web site, in a copyright infringement case. An appeals panel at the Seoul Central District Court said those who download songs through such sites violate copyrights but added that Soribada's creators should not be held responsible for copyright infringements that take place on their site.
