Men jump and holler behind superimposed titles: “Our House,” “Our Coach,” “Our Team.” The location is Austin, Texas, but it’s not a Longhorns football game. Team Jenkens & Gilchrist is getting pumped up for another day.

Set to the theme music from “Rocky,” the Jenkens “spirit video” depicts a virtual pep rally. Lawyers in suits huddle before tearing through a paper banner, Super Bowl-style. The firm’s support staff — mostly women in T-shirts — hand off water bottles and coffee mugs to the maniacs running and high-fiving down the hall. Finally, the coach (played by Jenkens shareholder J. Rowland Cook) whistles and drawls to the camera, “Would you believe it? We get fired up every mornin’ for our clients, just like this!”
