Jones Day partner Joseph R. Dreitler — with colleagues Mary R. True and Brian J. Downey in tow — is joining 370-attorney Frost Brown Todd, where he will chair its trademark and copyright practice group.

Dreitler has spent more than 25 years helping Fortune 500 companies protect their corporate brands. He and his team recently won a trademark lawsuit in federal court in Cincinnati, defending a company chaired by Joel Hyatt and former Vice President Al Gore against a lawsuit seeking to enjoin the launch of the CurrentTV channel.
