No pain, no gain. That is the lesson of a new board game called “Lawsuit!” The game, which involves one rolling die, three sets of hypotheticals and lots of play cash, invites children age 6 and up to fantasize about a legal career.

“Lawsuit!” is the brainchild of Tina Eskreis Nelson. A former associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold in New York, Nelson went on to work for the New York state attorney general in the mid-1990s. She quit in 1998, when her third child was born.
