Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, a 550-lawyer firm based in Atlanta, has retained the local office of Dallas-based Staubach and the local office of New York-based Newmark Knight Frank to outline a strategy for its near-future office space needs, which could exceed 100,000 square feet, according to Staubach’s office.

The lawyers will be relying on the findings of brokers Keene Reese and Brad Armstrong of Staubach and Patrick Duffy and Bert Sanders of Newmark Knight before making a decision on staying or leaving their present quarters at One Atlantic Center.
