After spending nearly a century tucked contentedly away on the East Coast, Boston’s Goodwin Procter is following some of its rivals out to the Wild West.
The full-service firm has confirmed plans to open an office in San Francisco as early as this summer as part of its ongoing effort to shift its status from a regional firm to a national firm. It is also considering opening offices in Silicon Valley and the Los Angeles area.
