The message is so enticing: Where do you want to work today? The freedom, the simplicity, the liberation. The explosion of mobile technology has toppled the four walls of our traditional workspace, allowing lawyers to enjoy working from just about anywhere.
With that freedom comes the reality that our most valuable and confidential information and documented knowledge is no longer safely ensconced behind those walls, no longer limited to venturing out only by letter, briefcase or fax.
