A T-38 Talon supersonic training jet that hangs from the ceiling of the Frontiers of Flight Museum at Love Field in Dallas is central to a contentious legal dispute taking off in Tarrant County’s 352nd District Court.

H. Ross Perot Jr. spent five years trying to restore the T-38 and attempting to persuade the federal government to let him fly it and designate it as an operable centerpiece to a planned flight museum.
