New Jersey firms Schenck, Price, Smith & King of Morristown and Gallo Geffner Fenster of Paramus last week announced plans to merge their firms by the year’s end.
With a total of 75 lawyers, the combined firm — which will keep the Schenck Price name — will be one of the largest in New Jersey and may enter the ranks of the state’s 20 top-grossing firms.
