New Jersey regulators want another extension of time to prepare arguments to uphold a ban on Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America advertising, but Super Lawyers is opposing any new deadline.
On Monday, the state Attorney General’s Office asked the Supreme Court for a third extension, to Monday, to file a brief defending the ban.
