Vinson & Elkins may win a dismissal from the Enron Corp. shareholders securities class action.
On Friday, the lead plaintiff in the class action filed a motion asking U.S. District Judge Melinda Harmon of Houston to sign an order voluntarily dismissing Houston-based V&E from the class action.
