Jenkens & Gilchrist is losing three Dallas-based immigration shareholders to San Francisco-based corporate-immigration firm Berry, Appleman & Leiden, which plans to open offices in Dallas and Houston on Monday.

When Berry Appleman opens its Texas offices, Steven Ladik will become managing partner of the Dallas office, and Paige Taylor will join as a partner. Shawn Orme will become managing partner of the Berry Appleman office in Houston.
