Richard Gutman has already received $25,000 in counsel fees for his successful First Amendment challenge of the gag rule in New Jersey ethics grievances, and he’s not through yet.

The state Supreme Court on Monday gave the Montclair, N.J., solo a second shot at collecting the lodestar fee he thinks is appropriate for his trial work in the case, R.M. v. Supreme Court, A-35-06.
