On the advice of a federal judge, Brocade Communications has dropped Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as it defends a suit over misdated stock options.
“Out of respect for this court and in order to eliminate any future arguments regarding the appearance of a conflict,” company spokeswoman Leslie Davis wrote in a Monday e-mail, “Brocade has filed this substitution of counsel.”
