Barclays Global Investors has poached Goldman Sachs legal chief Michael Crowl as its new global general counsel, it was announced Tuesday.
Crowl, who will be based in San Francisco, will oversee the global legal and compliance divisions at BGI, one of the world’s largest asset management firms with more than �990bn of assets under management.
