Having scoured California for a merger partner in the past year, Santa Barbara’s Hatch & Parent finally had to go out of state for a taker. It found one in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, one of Denver’s largest firms.
The merger is effective Jan. 1. Hatch & Parent managing partner Robert Saperstein said both firms delivered a unanimous vote last week.
