McDermott Will & Emery is set to lose another partner from its London arm, with intellectual property head Larry Cohen leaving to join Latham & Watkins.
Cohen handed in his notice at McDermott earlier this week. McDermott on Thursday confirmed the departure of Cohen, who is still in discussions over an exit date.
