London firm Kendall Freeman has sealed a merger deal with Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge to forge a 600-lawyer transatlantic practice, it was announced Tuesday.
The tie-up, which is effective Jan. 1, will see Kendall Freeman ditch its own name and come under the Edwards Angell banner after an 18-month handover period.
