Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy will join the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney when he steps down from the bench on Jan. 7.
Cappy, 64, will be a partner in the firm’s litigation section and will also focus on mentoring, particularly in the area of appellate law.
