Petition for enforcement of a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board requiring Respondent Quinnipiac College to bargain with an organization of Quinnipiac’s security employees. Quinnipiac responds that the Board erred in certifying the organization as an exclusive bargaining unit under the National Labor Relations Act because the organization includes supervisors.

We hold that the National Labor Relations Board erred in finding that certain security employees were not “supervisors” within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act, and in therefore including those employees in the bargaining unit. We thus deny the petition for enforcement. We remand the matter to the National Labor Relations Board so that it may decide whether to decertify the unit and hold a new election or simply eliminate the supervisors from the unit.
