OPINION

This is an interlocutory appeal arising from the trial court’s denial of the City of Hedwig Village Planning and Zoning Commission (the Commission) and S. Frank White’s *fn1 plea to the jurisdiction asserting plaintiffs lacked standing and the issues were moot. We affirm the trial court’s denial of the Commission’s plea to the jurisdiction.

The appeal is authorized and accelerated pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 51.014(a)(8) and Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 28.1.
