Indian national Yang Yen Thaw will advise on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions for the city-state affiliate of Anglo-German firm Taylor Wessing.

Singapore's RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has hired a corporate partner.
Yang Yen Thaw was most recently the head of the South Asia practice at Dacheng Wong Alliance, a joint law venture between China's Dacheng Law Offices and Singaporean firm Wong Alliances Law Corp., in the city-state.
Yang's practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment into India. Although he's ethnically Chinese, Yang was born and raised in India and is qualified to practice there. He speaks English, Hakka, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
