K&L Gates had added a new partner to its Hong Kong office.
Michael Wong joins from Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy, where he was a Hong Kong-based counsel advising clients on investment funds matters. His work also focuses heavily on financial regulation issues such as insider dealing, as well as those related to mergers and acquisitions, financings and derivatives transactions.
