King & Wood Mallesons has hired a new partner for its Brisbane office.
Former Allens partner Katrina Parkyn is joining the Sino-Australian firm’s tax team and will start on May 1. She has advised clients such as Bank of Queensland Ltd., Rio Tinto Ltd. and Royal Dutch Shell Plc. on both indirect and direct tax matters in Australia.
