A professional service firm owned by partners of Singapore's RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has announced it is planning an initial public offering in the city-state next year.

RHT Holding Ltd. is seeking a listing in the first quarter of 2016 on the Singapore Stock Exchange Catalist Board, the country's stock exchange for small-cap issuers. Tan Chong Huat, a non-executive director of RHT Holding and the managing partner of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, says that the IPO is expected to raise at least $72 million, and the proceeds will be used to acquire other professional service firms in Southeast Asia, recruit talent and upgrade technology infrastructure.

The issuer is a holding company for four professional service firms: RHT Compliance Solutions Pte. Ltd., RHT Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd., RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. and RHT Management Services Pte. Ltd. Tan says RHTLaw Taylor Wessing is not part of RHT Holdings and will not be part of the IPO, as Singapore law prohibits non-lawyer investors in firms.
