Having traded blows in court, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will finally face off inside the ring.

The two prizefighters recently announced that they had agreed on terms for a May 2 brawl in Las Vegas—potentially the richest fight in history, should it bring in the $400 million that some are already forecasting.

O'Melveny & Myers litigation head Daniel Petrocelli and partner David Marroso represented Pacquiao and promotional company Top Rank Boxing on the deal with Mayweather's camp, which was advised by Hollywood lawyer Howard Weitzman (above, left) and litigator Jeremiah Reynolds of Santa Monica's Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert. The undefeated Mayweather will reportedly reap 60 percent of the proceeds from fighting Pacquiao, who with a 57-5 record will snag 40 percent.
