Two top federal prosecutors have found new homes at Morrison & Foerster and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.

The National Law Journal, a sibling publication, reported last week on Wilmer bringing back RONALD MACHEN JR., a former partner who for the past five years served as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. On his last day in office Machen, a former Stanford University walk-on football player who was named one of The American Lawyer’s Fab 50 Young Litigators in 2007, declined to file criminal contempt charges against former IRS official Lois Lerner. Machen recently sat down with The NLJ for a chat about his tenure.
