U.K. firm Holman Fenwick Willan has entered into a formal law alliance in Singapore with disputes-focused AsiaLegal.
The FLA with seven-lawyer AsiaLegal, which was effective from July 1, will operate under the name HFW AsiaLegal. Through the alliance, Holman Fenwick’s clients will have access to local law advice in areas such as litigation that are restricted to foreign firms.
