The recent editorial by The New York Times on the law student debt crisis didn’t attack all law schools as “scams.”
Rather, along with Law School Transparency’s recent report, it exposed a soft underbelly. But in defending the bad behavior of others, many law professors and deans are doing themselves, their schools and the profession a great disservice.
