Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has added a U.S. intellectual property litigation partner in Shanghai.

Zhu Shaobin was most recently a partner with Washington, D.C.-based Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, where he specialized in U.S. patent litigation and the U.S. International Trade Commission’s Section 337 investigations involving patents and unfair competition and trade. During his time at Finnegan, he worked on the firm’s representation of HTC Corp., a Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer, on patent and antitrust disputes brought by Apple Inc.
