The #MeToo Movement, which has put workplace sexual harassment in the spotlight, is a phenomenon that women's advocates hope will help level the power imbalance in law firms.

Consider this: Women make up just 18 percent of the equity partner ranks and earn about 80 percent of their male counterparts, despite the fact that women account for more than half of the students enrolled in law school.
