After more than a decade at White & Case, legal technologist and innovation evangelist Oz Benamram is joining the leadership team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he’ll serve as the elite Wall Street firm’s first chief knowledge and innovation officer.

New York-based Benamram, who has led a department of more than 200 people as White & Case’s chief knowledge officer, declined to comment on his move, as did Simpson Thacher. A White & Case spokeswoman confirmed his departure from the firm he’s worked at since 2008, adding, “We wish him all the best in his new role.”
