Thompson & Knight has fired an administrative employee who published a “threatening and offensive post” involving references to a gun on his personal social media account, because he didn’t want to wear a face mask when shopping at a Whole Foods in Dallas.

In the social media post, which circulated on Twitter and Facebook over the weekend, Kevin Bain, a former document services manager at Thompson & Knight, threatened to show a security guard outside a Whole Foods his shooting range results from a Glock instead of his COVID-19 test results.
