Linklaters has grown its New York investment funds team with the arrival of a new partner from a U.S. rival, in the latest expansion by a top U.K. firm in the U.S. market.

Brad Caswell joins the firm from Schulte Roth & Zabel, where he was a special counsel for eight years, according to his former firm’s website. He is the third new partner to have joined Linklaters from Schulte Roth in the past year, following the arrival of a four-lawyer team from the firm last August.
