After two months of gains that added over 10,000 jobs in the legal industry, the July numbers aren't quite as rosy. The monthly Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report showed a gain of 1,900 jobs in July, after adding 3,500 jobs in May and around 7,500 in June.
