Many things have changed during the pandemic. How, where and when people work has been augmented, some say irrevocably. Travel is down if not out. Some things, such as continuing to pursue a strong business strategy and having open and frequent communications with stakeholders, have not fallen out of favor. But increased transparency over things like firm finances have now entered the fold as information that is being distributed in more detail to employees. 

What’s changed for managing partners? According to some leaders, it means being even more frequent, open and empathetic in communicating with the rest of the firm.
