Detroit-based Dykema has elected a new chairman and CEO. Leonard (Len) Wolfe, who has been at the firm for 27 years and served on its executive board for almost six years, will take over for Peter Kellett, who held the same role from 2012 through the end of 2020. Wolfe will officially take over Jan. 1, 2021.

Len takes this position at an incredibly challenging moment—and he is more than up to the challenge,” Kellett said in a statement. “His record as an outstanding lawyer and as an invaluable contributor to Dykema’s success has more than prepared him to lead our continued efforts to provide innovative solutions for our clients, particularly as they now face legal problems unheard of in a pre-COVID-19 world.”
